Welcome to Sakuya.
We are a restaurant specializing in eel and beef cutlets in Fujiyoshida City. It is about a 5-minute walk from Gekkoji Station, about a 12-minute walk from Shimoyoshida Station, and about a 10-minute cab ride from Kawaguchiko Station. The beef cutlet is finished at medium rare and grilled on a plate to your own desired degree of doneness. The eel is fluffy. Please enjoy Hitsumabushi with Una Chazuke.
How to enjoy Hitsumabushi!
First, put a rice scoop into the rice bowl and divide the eel into 4 equal parts.
Put 1/4 into a rice bowl and eat the first portion as is.
Add condiments (wasabi, green onion, seaweed, etc.) to the second portion to change the flavor.
Pour dashi stock over the third portion to make "una chazuke."
Enjoy the fourth cup however you like!

The rare-fried beef cutlet is grilled on a hot stone plate to your desired doneness.
We offer a variety of sauces to choose from: wasabi and rock salt, ponzu sauce, and salt and lemon, so please enjoy it however you like.
